Delivery Policy:
Our main goal is to deliver the ordered product to you at the right time. Product ordered from Regular-Shop Category-Wise will be delivered within the time frame specified below.
Camping Product Refund Policy: In any case, if the customer requests a refund, the customer will be given a refund of 20% of the amount paid.
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD)is applicable only in Dhaka City. Payment on Delivery (POD)is applicable outside Dhaka City.
Return Policy
A user may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 7 days if:
1) Product does not meet the user’s expectations.
2) Found damaged during delivery
3) Have doubt about the product quality and quantity
4) Received in an unhealthy/ unexpected condition
5) Is not satisfied with the packaging
6) Finds product unusable
Refund Policy
Muktie.com tries its best to serve the users. But if under any circumstances, we fail to fulfill our commitment or to provide the service, we will notify you within 24 hours via push notification by email. If the service, that Muktie.com fails to complete, requires any refund, it is done maximum within 7 Days after our acknowledgment.
Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation:
– Unable to serve with any product.
– Customer returns any product from a paid order.
– Customer cancels a paid order before it has been dispatched.
For all the above three scenarios, the refund amount will be sent to the Muktie.com Balance of the customer. And the balance can only be used to purchase at Muktie.com. Upon the customer’s request, Muktie.com will transfer the refund amount to the user’s original payment source within 7 days. Refund is only allowed for customers who have paid via bKash or card or other electronic methods. For the orders that are paid via Cash, a refund is only to be given through Muktie.com Credits.
